Refund policy

How cancellations, refunds and refills work for Boomoid orders. This policy sits alongside your statutory rights as a UK consumer and does not replace them: nothing in it affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Who you are buying from
Boomoid is a trading name of Novus Digital Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16967760), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at [email protected].
Overview
We stand behind every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee and, on eligible services, a 30-day refill guarantee. If something goes wrong, we will first work with you to put it right — a redelivery or a refill is usually faster than a refund — but a refund is always available where this policy or the law says so.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK consumer you can cancel an order within 14 days of placing it, provided that:
- delivery has not started — once delivery begins with your consent, the right to cancel ends;
- you tell us within those 14 days that you want to cancel; and
- you have not asked us to start delivery before the 14 days are up.
To cancel, email [email protected] or use the contact form. If you cancel within 14 days and delivery has not started, you get a full refund.
Orders start processing straight after payment, so placing an order is a request for delivery to start within the cancellation period. Once an order has been fully delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies.
30-day money-back guarantee
On top of your legal rights, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, for any reason. To be eligible:
- your request reaches us within 30 days of the purchase date;
- you include your order number and a short explanation of the problem;
- the service was not used in breach of our terms of service;
- the request is reviewed and approved by our support team.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. How long they take to show can depend on your bank or payment provider.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- the service does not match the description we gave;
- the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill;
- the service was not provided within a reasonable time, where no specific time was agreed.
If you think one of these applies, contact us with the details. We will look into it and refund you if the claim is valid.
You generally have up to six years from the purchase (five in Scotland) to claim a refund for a service that was not provided as it should have been, but please tell us as soon as you notice a problem.
30-day refill guarantee
Every service comes with a 30-day refill except Instagram Story Views and YouTube Watch Hours: live audiences, 24-hour stories and watch hours have nothing that could be refilled. If delivered followers, likes, views or other counts drop below the amount you bought within 30 days — because of platform clean-ups, removed accounts or other factors outside our control — we top them back up at no extra cost.
To request a refill:
- use the refill form with your order number and checkout email, or contact support with your order number;
- tell us roughly how much dropped — support may ask for a screenshot by email;
- send the request within 30 days of delivery completing.
Refills are usually processed within 24–48 hours of approval. They cover drops caused by platform actions, not bans or suspensions that result from breaking a platform's terms.
Delivery problems
If an order is significantly delayed, or cannot be delivered because of something outside our reasonable control — a platform policy change, an account restriction, a technical fault — we will:
- tell you as soon as possible;
- work with you on a solution, such as a longer delivery window or an alternative service;
- offer a full or partial refund if the order cannot be completed.
If a service you ordered is no longer available, we will tell you straight away and offer a full refund or an alternative.
When a refund does not apply
Subject to your statutory rights, we do not issue refunds when:
- more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, unless the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires a refund;
- the service was used in breach of a platform's terms or our own;
- the account was banned or suspended because of the account holder's own actions or content;
- the order was fully delivered and the guarantee period has ended, unless we were in breach of contract;
- a chargeback or payment dispute was opened without contacting our support team first;
- the request is about organic growth after delivery — we guarantee delivery of the amount you bought, not what happens to the account afterwards;
- you agreed to delivery starting and the service has been fully performed.
None of these exclusions affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund if processing has not started. After that, cancellations are handled case by case:
- contact support straight away with your order number;
- if processing has not started, the cancellation is normally approved at once;
- if it has started, we look at how far delivery has progressed;
- partly completed orders may receive a partial refund.
UK consumers also have the 14-day right to cancel described above.
How to request a refund
To ask for a refund:
- email [email protected] or use the contact form;
- include your order number — it is in your confirmation email;
- explain briefly why you are asking for a refund;
- attach any screenshots or documents that help.
We review every request and reply within 24–48 hours. Support is available 24/7.
Refund processing times
Once a refund is approved:
- card payments are returned within 5–7 business days;
- for any other payment method, we confirm how and when the refund is returned when we approve it.
Times can vary with your bank or provider. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, refunds after a cancellation are made within 14 days — we usually process them much sooner.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handled a refund request, you can:
- ask for your case to be reviewed by our management team;
- contact Citizens Advice for guidance on your consumer rights;
- take independent legal advice if you believe your rights have been breached.
We aim to resolve every dispute fairly and in line with UK consumer protection law.
