What Boomoid stores in your browser, and why. The short version: only what the shop needs to work. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no cross-site tracking.

What we store
- An essential session cookie set by our store's server. It links your browser to your cart and checkout; without it, the cart cannot work. It expires after a period of inactivity.
- Local storage, boomoid-cart-v2: a copy of your cart, so it survives a page reload.
- Local storage, boomoid-checkout: the email you typed at checkout, so you don't have to type it again.
- Session storage, boomoid-tier: the quality tier you last chose, so each page opens on it. Cleared when you close the tab.
- Session storage, boomoid.paystrax: your card payment session while you pay. Cleared when you close the tab.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site tracking. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and list it here.
Third parties
When you pay by card, the payment form comes from our payment provider and may set cookies of its own that it needs to process the payment securely.
Managing them
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential session cookie stops the cart and checkout from working.
